We're building a shed off the side of the garage to house the Honda Helix and some gardening gear.
This is where the shed is going.
Foundation rails bolted to posts concreted into ground.
Getting a start on the floor joists.
Ready to lay the plywood floor.
Screwing the plywood down to the joists.
Getting timber for the walls... about all we could fit on Cyndie's poor car!
The main wall was "pre-fabbed" in the garage in a couple of sections... we were just barely able to lift them into place
First section in place...
From the outside. The blue lines are just chalk lines used for nailing the siding to the framing.
Outside wall complete.
Starting to frame up the back wall
Preparing the roofing 'iron'.
...roofing
...roofing. Fibreglass panels for light in both sections.
Looking out 'front door'
...and looking out 'back door'
Front door made and installed...
latches back to garage when open.
Also put three vents in shed side. (Two are hidden behind tree.)
Back door also made and installed...
It, too, can be latched open.
I will add photos as the job progresses.
